Back in 2017, inside a hostel room filled with ambition, late-night ideas, and the desire to create something meaningful, Md Rasidul Islam started a small initiative called RI Computech.
With limited resources but unlimited determination, the goal was simple — to use technology to help people and solve problems for small businesses that often struggled to access affordable and reliable digital solutions.
Days turned into nights working on ideas, learning new technologies, building projects, and dreaming about creating something bigger. It was about building trust, creating opportunities, and helping businesses grow in the digital world.
As the journey evolved, another passionate mind joined the mission — Emtiaz Ahmed, a college junior who shared the same vision, energy, and hunger to build something impactful together.
In 2021, RI Computech was reimagined and reborn as The Soft Crafts — a brand created to represent creativity, technology, innovation, and craftsmanship under one identity.
The name reflected what we truly believed: Technology is not just coding. It is a craft. An art of building solutions that make lives and businesses better.
